       Got banned (unfairly) from our server? You may try your chance
       of being unbanned by posting an unban appeal in the following
       format:
       Your In-Game name:
       Reason of banning:
       In-Game name of the admin that banned you:
       Notes, screenshots, more info:
       Why should we unban you?
       Also Do Not Contact Any Admin About Your Ban! It Will Just Take
       Longer.
       Use The Correct Format With Correct Information or your post
       will be ignored and eventually deleted.
       Do Not Attempt To Get Unbanned If You Were Banned For The
       Following Reasons:
       -Insulting/Disrespecting Admins
       -Advertising
       -Hacking/Ban Evading/Temp ban evading
