       Bank Robbery.

       Would be great if you make Bank to be also robable, but for
       robbing it, there should be required lvl20 robbing skill. When
       bank gets robbed,players gets a huge amount of cash,not like in
       any other big stores. Also player would get +2 score,but
       ofcourse after he robbed a bank, that player should be the most
       wanted,like red in the radar or something.

       I don't have lots of experience with this script, meaning I have
       no clue how to add new rob locations..
