UPDATE----------------------------------------------------------

Changelog:
v1.2
Updated Drug House/Otto's owner's names.
Increased the max amount of money you can get from robbing
stores by a lot.
Added animations system (/animlist).
v1.3
Added /adfix, /setscore for admins.
Tweaked the /cuff command so you can cuff from a slightly
farther difference
Decreased the chance of failing to /cuff
Cash bug fixed (when you relogged the cash won't be fixed,
now it will)
Radio added when you spawn, you can stop it by typing
/stopmusic
