       -You must not be immature, if someone reports you, you will be
       punished (it can end in being demoted, or fired...).
       -Don't advertise us on another servers, we are a mature
       community, not like those 'noobs' who advert their server in
       another servers

       -Must have at least 100 score
       -Must follow the rules.
       -Must know at least 3 admins.
