A Letter From Spike

Hey Boss,
So it's me, Spike, remember me? Yeah, I was the one that was
always useful and did exactly what he was told and stuff. In
fact now I think of it, I was so little trouble that you
probably don't remember me at all. So better I tell you a bit
about myself and why you should let me return.
I used to be part of the gang, still have the scars to show it
as they say. I've been away a while, had to leave for various
reasons but I like to think my skills have got better for it.
I'm still pretty good at picking pockets and I can handle a
blade better, though only to threaten or defend of course, I'm
no killer. I'm good at getting away, no uh trouble with the
authorities any more. Sorry about that by the way, one of the
reasons I thought best to lay low a while.
So I'm asking if you'll have me back in the gang. I can offer
you my loyalty, obedience (that sounds a bit over the top now I
write it, but you know what I mean, eh?), charm and wit of
course. I'll also shut-up when asked, I'm told that's something
I should work on.
Hope this letter gets to you, I'm going to leave it at the old
Undercity base, the one that got, uh, compromised, somehow,
sorry. Anyway. I'll check back for a reply here.
Spike.
((OOC: I'm looking for a new home to rp in and have very fond
memories of this guild. I loved being a part of it but for
various irl and other reasons I had to drop playing Spike. I was
really new to rp when I first joined, I've a bit more experience
now ofc but feel very rusty. Please do pull me up if I go over
the top, I won't be at all offended.
I'm randomly busy irl, my job means I can get called when I'm
supposedly not working so may have to cancel things at the last
minute. I do believe in supporting guilds I am a part of though
so will try and attend as much as I can. I'm generally around
most evenings.
I should have gone to bed a half hour ago but knew I wouldn't
sleep unless I applied. So, thanks for reading :) ))

You made it to the forums fast after our chat tonight. Judging
by what I remember of Spike, as well as him being an old member,

I think it's safe to say you're in :) not sure what mysterious
secrets you and Tact spoke of but I'm unsure whether an
interview is necessary considering you're an old member. An
approach IC and casual overview of your time from when you were
last with us till now will be all that's requested probably,
plus a reminder of things so send a whisper to one of us in game
for rp!

Woohoo! Thanks!
Hopefully be in game this evening, char name is Saryth (ofc he
changed his known name after all his IC troubles). Still Spike
to the gang of course. I will /w and find a suitable time to
find you guys IC.
Had a great chat with Tact and it just felt so comfortable, the
guild having retained its friendly feel, I just really wanted to
be back. Looking forward to joining in again :D

I'm always online so if you're on this evening there will be at
least 1 other person around! :)
We're glad to have old members poke us and return - it helps
with maintaining 'old traditions' the guild has, and ofc we are
like a small family oocly too!
