Application - 'Pip'

- How did you learn about the Sixty Thieves?
I knew about the guild ever since I joined DB and then AD and
did some rp with them in the past.
I remember it as a very pleasant and entertainment experience.
- What is your character's name and race?
Oji The Vulpera. I had serious trouble picking a decent name for
him, so for the time beeing it's Oji, Pip as the Nickname. ( OCC
name; Zvitorepec )
- Why do you and your character seek to join the Sixty Thieves?
I prefer guilds with more structure and tradition. Pip is a
pirate and a little knee-high weasel can't be going around alone
without a crew.
- Tell us about your character's background and how they
became/are becoming a criminal
He's was a Bilge Rat for most of his life, joined them via
Sethrak slave markets.
With the recent turmoil among the pirate crews, he seeks some
new way of income.
- What kind of skills does your character have?
He's a good cook and has a nose for treasure.
- How powerful is your character?
Pip is more bark than bite, but pushed he will attack with all
the power of a little shin kicker...So not too powerful.
- How would you define conflict in RP, and how do you feel about
consequences?
Conflict can be verbal or physical and is resolved as such. And
usually, actions spark consequences.
Like they say; A horse may run quickly but it cannot escape its
tail.
- Do you accept character death?
I rather not have my character die to some pointless means. If
the story and cause are good, then yes.
- What would your character's nickname be?
As mentioned above, it's Pip. If that's not acceptable I'm open
to something else.
- Anything else you'd like to share about your character or
yourself?
What I would like to mention here is that I'm a very casual
rper, as I work odd shifts and can be gone for up to 5 days.
Of course, I would inform the officers in advance about my
absence.

Hey there, and thank you for taking the time to apply!
We'd like to ask a couple of questions based on the application.
Firstly, our guild is heavily focused on roleplaying with the
general RP community, and we were wondering in what ways would
you see your character contributing to it? What could they do?
And secondly, how do you feel about engaging in conflict RP with
other player characters?

Pip can cook, make potions and use his connections to arrange
oversea voyages. About rp conflict, I'm fine with it, conflict
happens where there are people. OOC I don't want to dramatise
over it, IC is played out according to our characters.

Thank you for the reply! There's still something we're quite
curious about and we were hoping you could clarify it for us.
Within Sixty, the way characters earn coin, is by engaging in
crime RP which is, aside from events here and there, exclusively
done with other players. What we're curious about is; what
criminal activities do you see Pip engaging himself in to earn
coin from other players and eventually prove his worth to the
gang?

Most likely selling scam potions, like hair growth, diet potions
or scam treasure maps.

Hi, thanks again for the further reply!
Us officers are interested to see Pip in the roleplay scene, so
get in touch with an officer in-game to organise meeting up IC!
