How did you learn about the Sixty Thieves?
- Through RP!
What is your character's name and race?
- Both IC and OOC, her name is Amylith, and she is a blood elf.
Why do you and your character seek to join the Sixty Thieves?
- I miss rping with you lot, and I've found that no other guild
compares.
As for Amylith, she's seeking company and protection most of
all, but a steady source of income (or help while working)
wouldn't hurt her either! Mostly, she longs for her tribe as
someone who has been surrounded by family and friends her entire
life up until the more recent events in Azeroth's history.
What is your character's background like and how did they
become/are becoming a criminal?
- Amylith has been living a relatively confined life within the
borders of Quel'thalas and never left the kingdom, even after
the tragic Scourge invasion. Previously serving in the
Farstrider Regiment for a short period of time, she endured a
fall from grace during the Third War and had a very difficult
time getting used to the desolation which was left in her world,
with most of her family and friends lost or gone. She was forced
to feed herself through less noble professions, ending up in the
lifestyle she used to frown upon, and hasn't been able to pick
herself up since (said professions include pickpocketing,
stealing and selling herself). It's certainly been a struggle,
juggling her morals and need for survival, and it left dire
consequences on her personality.
What kind of skills does your character have?
- Apart from training in archery and athletics from years spent
in the military order, Amylith has taken a liking to the finer
arts during her time in the elven capital. She has a penchant
for languages, and studied several of them in her spare time,
frequently-used and dead alike. She also learned how to read
tarot from a nightborne friend she made some time back, which
has been her main source of income.
How powerful is your character?
- That being said, her current living circumstances have largely
altered her personality and skills. Most of them deteriorated
due to poor conditions, especially athleticism, and she's
entirely out of practice with the bow. There's more hope for her
talent of linguistics to be revived, though she hasn't had
enough money to afford one of such books in a very long time.
She also has very basic arcane knowledge, but nothing beyond
that, and it's just as unpracticed as her archery. So, just in
my style, there's room for her to develop!
How would you define conflict in RP, and how do you feel about
consequences?
- As you know, I'm all up for conflict in RP, and I'm all up for
consequences too. As long as it's communicated OOCly and we're
on the same page with the other person, I have no issue at all.
In fact, I get very easily bored if there's no conflict
happening for a long time, it helps progress the character in my
opinion (whether it's good or bad progress).
Do you accept character death?
- Certainly!
What would your character's nickname be?
- As with my previous thief, I'd love to leave this intricate
and important decision to our bandit king, where he did such a
great job!
(I thought Cat might be fun. Y'know.)
Anything else you'd like to share about your character or
yourself?
- I'm still prone to DCs.

Hi there Lux!
Having read your application, we have no immediate questions and
as such can say:
Approved!
We're currently working with split forces, some in Silvermoon,
some in Kalimdor.. So regardless of where Amylith walks, we
should be findable!
