- How did you learn about the Sixty Thieves?
I am a long time roleplayer on Argent Dawn, and I first came
around to learn about you by spotting some of your members on
the open streets in Silvermoon a very long time ago.
Recently, one of your members, now an officer, brought you to
light for me again after a longer break from WoW RP.
- What is your character's name and race?
Soomoh. Tauren.
- Why do you and your character seek to join the Sixty Thieves?
I have been told time and time again that you are a fun and
lovely bunch of people to be around, and it happens that I enjoy
to be around people like that.
Your many years of being active and constantly showing
yourselves also proves you are serious and very dedicated to
both your guild and WoW, and a group that is extremely well put
together.
Soomoh would very much be interested in joining the Sixty
Thieves, given the opportunity, because he has now come to the
understanding how the shadier of professions is able to give him
what he wants,
and also because he has been having difficulties fitting in
anywhere else than this type of business.
- Tell us about your character's background and how they
became/are becoming a criminal
Soomoh has always had the problem of fitting in - in his
previous jobs and in his own family. Not exactly disowned, he
has been forced to go explore the world for a profession he can
do on his own.
None of his tries has ever been successful, and to address his
lack of coin, Soomoh has been doing part time jobs wherever he
can find them (mostly manual labour), but has also very recently
been prone to stealing if those does not bring enough.
- What kind of skills does your character have?
The character, being a Tauren, is of course physically strong,
and his iron facade gives off a naturally intimidating aura.
What he may lack in other areas of expertise he surely makes up
for in muscle, and the ability to withstand a substantial
beating would he be needed to take it, for himself or for
others.
Dearest Chiel: Soomoh no intelligence good.
- How powerful is your character?
Not at all powerful. Having realism and immersion highly valued
while playing a physical and up-close character who knows no
magic, it would be wrong to consider him having too much power -
especially
in the world of Warcraft.
- How would you define conflict in RP, and how do you feel about
consequences?
Conflict in RP is something I am somewhat familiar with.
When there is dispute between two or more characters, it's
always exciting to see where things are going with the roleplay
as it goes on.
In a sense the clashing sides have to work together in their
differences to solve it, one way or another, and in however way
it may end.
IC consequences is something I fully accept. That is what makes
roleplaying so engaging for me in the first place. Good or bad
consequences shapes your character going forward, and makes them
unique in how they deal with them or look back at them in
hindsight, be it mental stress, how they act around other
certain characters in the future, to losing an eye, an arm, or a
leg.
- What would your character's nickname be?
Yet to be decided. I will either let IC dictate it, or more
likely think one up OOC as I progress through Unmarked stages.
- Anything else you'd like to share about your character or
yourself?
Not at the moment, but I will answer any questions thrown at me.

Hi there!
A necessary update for you:
An immediate plot arose today which has caused the Sixty Thieves
to escape from Booty Bay, on route to Zuldazar. Obviously, this
means that unless your character is in Zandalar, it'll be hard
to recruit you for 1-3 weeks. We wanted you to be aware so that
you are not waiting, or otherwise can be alternative
arrangements!
If you have any questions, ask an officer in-game!
