Application: Cornish Callow
By: Gobdini Date: February 3, 2019, 11:20 am
---------------------------------------------------------
- How did you learn about the Sixty Thieves?
Yes
- What is your character's name and race?
Undead - Cornish Callow (OOC name is also Cornish)
- Why do you and your character seek to join the Sixty Thieves?
The reason He's joining the thieves is simply because of the
comfort/security a gang like this gives plus the added comfort
of not having to kill anyone.
- Tell us about your character's background and how they
became/are becoming a criminal
Cornish was once an esteemed priest worshipping the light but
was killed when the scourge attacked.
After he was raised as undead Cornish did not attempt to persue
the light again because of the damage it would do to his body
along with a growing idea in his mind that the light had
abandoned him during his last moments of life.
After being raised it was hard for Cornish to adjust to his new
life. Being hated by the alliance, the faction he literally gave
his life for, and being welcomed by the horde who he initially
hated just as much as the alliance now hates him. These things
made him feel powerless and like an imposter in the horde. The
perfect recipe for a criminal answering to nobody.
- What kind of skills does your character have?
Cornish might not be able to use the light to his advantage
anymore he still has many skills from his work as a priest
mostly as a medic. He knows how to treat wounds, stop bleedings
and so on.
- How powerful is your character?
Not very powerful. His time in death as made him smaller and
less strong than he was in life as is the case with most undead.
He does however not get tired and is able to keep going much
more consistently than in life.
- How would you define conflict in RP, and how do you feel about
consequences?
Conflict to me is one of the driving factors for RP and
certainly the main thing that gets me excited about RP.
Conflicting interests and the consequences that come from
actions taken in those interests is what really pushes the plot
forward and is (in my opinion) what really pushes character
development. I fully accept the consequences in RP like eating
too many fish burgers.. Luckily Cornish's heart stopped beating
a long time ago.
- What would your character's nickname be?
Corny
- Anything else you'd like to share about your character or
yourself?
I am more than a Fish

Welcome back Fish! Normally I'd present you with further
questions to gauge whether your style of play is a fit for us,
but then we already you from RPing with us for years. I
personally see no qualms in your applications, yet I'll leave
the final say for the papa.
