Fizin "Stunner" Mudboot

- Why does s/he want to join the lowlife theft gang, the Sixty
Thieves? (And OOCly, why do you want to join?) Stunner earned
his money being a warrior(read, armed thug) in the wars between
the trade princes of the Undermine. He was not of any importance
but earned enough so that he could retire early. Though having
two wives, five kids and the Legion all stomping your belongings
to bits has quite recently left Stunner with only the clothes on
his back and fairly poorly developed skills. He therefore has to
join the "lowlife theft gang" that is the Sixty Thieves. Oocly I
want to join because I am in love with this kind of rp and I
want to be a part of the guild and help keep it awesome for
years to come!
- What would their nickname be? Stunner, because he ironically
thinks himself to be quite beautiful, unless you like a rugged,
leathery tired-looking goblin with a heavily receding hairline,
you might think it is a joke.
- How powerful is your character? Stunner can take a trained
guard, though he is mostly used to ambushes so he could take one
down, if attacking from a position of strength. A face to face
fight he might be able to squeak out a win with some dirty
tricks. He is really bad at fighting guards with shields that
know what they are doing.
- What's her/his background like? Stunner has been so far in his
life, a info-runner, warrior, a thug and family-man. He believes
quite strongly that the Goblin way of 'governing' is one of the
best ways to do so. With furthering of oneself improving
everyone as the chain is only as weak as its weakest link. He
has limited skills and as such he resorts to "lowlife thugging"
He also operated a sickbay for thugs in the Undermine, so he has
some experience with addressing medical issues of the blunt and
sharp variety.
- How consistent is your character with following the lore?Very
consistent, I believe in taking some liberties, though within
the limits of reason. Like having been part of a war in the
lore, but not taking on any pivotal role. Though if ones
character would like to claim they had a really important role,
the more lies the more fun!
- "Are you a killer, son/lass?" He has definitely killed other
Goblins in the Undermine before, though he has yet to chalk up
any kills beyond it.
- Do you accept ‘RP-consequences’? I do.
- Any specialities s/he has? Perhaps a skill in something, a
behavioural or personality trait that can be considered
unique.He is good at setting up ambushes. First aid, of the
non-magical variety. He is able to break bones without usually
hurting any arteries, a skill in capturing and subduing without
killing, you might say. He can also talk a fish out of water.
- What's your activity like? I work a bunch. Though I am around
usually in the late evenings or all day when I have weekends
off. Within normal business hours I am rarely around.
- Optional: Feel free to add in a section that is IC to the
beginning of the application, e.g a short story or a letter that
your character might try to contact the Sixty Thieves with. You
can be creative!
*Stunner lets out a cough, muffling his word as if trying to be
discreet about it* "Sixty thieves" He smiles at the two Goblins
that give him an awkward look and he returns the smile in full.
He turns his head and shakes it for a moment, muttering to
himself. "You are blowing this, I wish I was back home.." *He
clears his throat and raises his voice* "Nothing, nothing at
all." *He says, pouring down the rest of his drink, putting the
empty mug down and as he slides a couple of silver coins across
the table he sighs.*
*Stunner turnes around in the backless chair, looking out across
the tavern, as if hoping to just spot the people he was looking
to join.* "If I were a bunch of lowlifes like myself.. where
would I be.." *He raises his right hand, stroking his poorly
shaven chin, feeling the stubble that has been left by the hasty
shaving. Then an idea entered his mind.. what if he simply drank
enough, surely they would notice someone down on their luck and
'exploit' it? "Another drink!" *He says, turning around to face
the bartender once more*

Hey, thanks a lot for taking the time to write this app!
I don't have anything to say, really, except your character
seems like he's going to be incredibly fun to interact with :D
The Sixty Thieves are in Booty Bay at the moment - one of the
best places for criminals to go, so finding them shouldn't be
too hard at all!

First and foremost; Thank you for the application and your
interest in the guild, Stunner. Was an enjoyable read and pretty
much tells us all we need to know.
Another down-on-his-luck type are always welcome and oh how I
hope he'll be sending some of his earnings to his kids back at
home because that's a concept we haven't seen yet I think!
Bruiser by profession? Excellent! Can never have enough of
those. - and some roguish skills to boot! How lovely!
History and family situation seems legit.
Activity shouldn't be a problem so long as you check in with the
in-game calendar or forums once in a while to see where we're
heading next!
Gets my approval. - Next step is to organize an IC encounter.
