- Why does s/he want to join the lowlife theft gang, the Sixty
Thieves? (And OOCly, why do you want to join?)
A thief in a big gang of thieves means bigger scores, no ?
- What would their nickname be?
None at the moment. Open to suggestions :)
- How powerful is your character?
He uses his agility to his advantage. He's not the greatest
swordsman alive, but could probably do in a fight with a guard,
or two on a lucky day.
- What's her/his background like?
Prior to the catastrophy that wiped out half of Silvermoon, he
was a prominent Farstriders trainee. Athletic, agile and swift.
Losing his loved ones along with deepening fel addiction made
him gradually decide to leave the ranks of Farstriders and step
to the other side.
Hydryn turned to thievery and roguery.
- How consistent is your character with following the lore?
Try and follow the lore as much as possible. Strive for realism.
- "Are you a killer, son/lass?"
He has killed before. However, killing is the last resort.
- Do you accept ‘RP-consequences’?
Yes.
- Any specialities s/he has? Perhaps a skill in something, a
behavioural or personality trait that can be considered unique.
He is a fel addict and a user to a certain point. It has
however, enhanced his reflexes and speed slightly.
- What's your activity like?
Online at least a few times a week.
PS. Not a Demon Hunter IC :o !

Hey thanks for making the application!
Oooh, a junkie, is he? I assume he was training as a farstrider
for most of his life before the scourge invasion. As an addict,
what has happened since the invasion? Has he taken part in
anything noteworthy or been caught for theft? And when did he
discover the existence of Sixty Thieves, and decide it's worth
trying to get in?
As for nicknames, "Junkie" is already taken xD but other names
that come to mind include "Wretch" (even if he hasn't succumbed
that far yet), "Thistlehead" (even if he doesn't touch the stuff
- maybe that'll change with Sixty) and "Twitch" assuming the
frequent withdrawal he probably has will give him symptoms
including twitching and the like.

Hey there!
The application is a bit brief though well-written. Got a few
additional questions besides those already asked above. How does
Hydryn get his needed intakes of fel, and how driven is he by
his addiction? Does his criminal life concentrate on getting his
daily fixes, or is there ulterior motives?
Looking forwards to hearing more!

I'd just like to say that I'm only starting to get into Blood
Elf RP, so if something here is not entirely correct, I'm happy
to adjust it :D

He's still fairly young. He's been training along the
Farstriders for several years. Give or take 30.
Since the invasion he's been trying to get by really. Hydryn put
his abilities into a 'bad use'. Stealing mostly. He keeps a low
profile, and not been involved in any 'famous' robberies.
Hydryn has heard the name Sixty Thieves over and over, so he
took interest in them. Asked around and hopefully was able to
establish a contact.
Is 'Eye' or 'Eyes' taken? The eyes on a Demon Hunter model could
work well with his fel addiction ;)

Hydryn uses felstones most of the time to keep his addiction at
a low. His choice of profession is not driven by the addiction,
but rather the need to survive; for now at least :)

Thank you for the additional info!
I have no other questions that come to mind, but other officers
may still comment with more. "Eye" has been relatively recently
in use by a member who has since gone inactive, so perhaps it'd
be best to think up a name to distinguish him from her, and thus
avoid confusion. I'll try and think up more alternatives!
In the mean time, however, I'll give this my approval.

Hello, Poppet here.
Looks like we've got all the nitty gritty details out of the
way.
More nicknames will likely come up during and after the initial
interview after some of the officers have gotten to know your
character.
Young or fairly new to the path of a criminal ICly leave plenty
of room for progression as well. Maybe some day Hydryn will over
come his addiction or make it his ultimate goal in the sixty to
score the biggest hit of his life! A group like ours doesn't
necessarily condemn a flawed character As most of us already
pretty astray from normal life as it is. So you're welcome to
tread whatever dark path you'd like with us so long as you're
capable of bringing in the coin. I do like the idea of his drug
abuse enhancing him a little as well, reminds me of a game I'm
playing far too much atm.
You'll find all the OOC and IC rules somewhere around here too
if you're unsure how all-out you want to go with your character
but you'll likely be reminded of them through RP more than
enough times.
Approved so... Seek an officer ASAP
