Jace "Carrion" Dirgemist Application

So, first time I've done a Guild application like this before,
so here it goes:
Why does he want to join the Sixty?
- IC: Jace has been dismissed from all Sylvanas held territories
due to issues concerning the Inquisition (Ravensun) and the
Military (Rotgarde), and therefore has been banished out of any
actual work. This has left him at a downer, and being a Merc'
through and through he is going out of his comfort zones to go
the extra mile; this has cause him to go into slightly more
shadier areas of the world and therefore has found out about the
Sixty. With nothing to lose, he plans to dive further and see
what can be achieved.
- OC: Trying to find a guild to settle in that doesn't hate
Mercenary/Scavenger based characters. Currently struggling to
connect and after joining some guilds with certain guidelines
that I don't approve of, I've been advised to come looking in
this sort of direction to find out more. So, here I am.
What can he do?
- Jace is a Scavenger. He finds stuff. He's very good in certain
situations, mostly the aspect of surviving and getting away with
the goods regardless of circumstances. He's also an information
gatherer. He's able to eavesdrop relatively well and is an
all-round sort-of Jack 'o Trades kinda guy. He looks after his
own, and is known to provide the distraction so that mates can
get away without an hassle.
What would their nickname be?
- Carrion.
What's his background like?
- He's basically a Forsaken Exile, according to the Forsaken
Guilds/Organisations. That's current stuff at the moment.
Originally, a Gilnean Urchin before the Worgen happened in
Gilneas, Jace was ressurected by the Forsaken War Machine and
put to work. Unfortunately, Jace didn't enjoy the aspect of his
new life (since it was a little bit too quick for him to grasp)
so he got his stuff together and did what he does best, which is
run. He pretty much got the first ride out of the Eastern
Kingdoms and vanished from that side of the world.
- After that, he became something he could be reliable in.
Hunting. He's a rifle-user with an aspect of survival above all
else. He offered his services to the highest bidder and did any
job if the money was good enough; be that hired assassin,
bodyguard, escort, scout, information gatherer, ect. He was
relatively content until he got an offer he couldn't really turn
down, which was to join the Forsaken Inquisition. However, he
never got paid, so it never lasted.
- The reason for his Exile is due to an apparent conspiracy of
Jace wishing to murder his former employee. However, the reason
behind this was due to the fact that he was never paid, so
therefore he had his reasons and the terms of employment got
himself free of actually being executed. Instead, he got given
the choice of being Exiled or joining a Penal Company; obviously
chosing freedom over imprisonment. He got escorted and kicked
onto the first boat out to Orgrimmar and is now where he is
today.
What specialities he has?
- He's a hunstman. He's a good shot with a rifle. He's good at
tracking and he's a survivor. He looks after his own and nothing
else. He's a good soul in a band of thieves, essentially. Proper
Urchin.
What's your activity like?
- Daily. If unable to make it on certain days, I'm always there
to make sure people are aware.
How did you hear of us?
- The OC owner of Zittra 'Zee' Emberfury advised me to come and
have a look at you guys as a potential guild. Apparently her IC
brother is in the Guild.
Telling abit about myself:
- Safe, name's Finch OC and I'm just another guy looking for a
hideout/place to be part of. I'm normally quite bubbly in terms
in personality and I always give people a chance. I'm not one to
judge anyone and I always do it with a smile. I absolutely hate
speaking about people behind their backs; I find it irritating
and it causes drama. I'm one for IC drama, but OC is a no-go.
- Apart from that, I'm quite the chilled out person. Will chat
about anything. Not your stereotyped level of nerd but heyho
we're all different in our own special ways.

Greetings!
Jace sure seems like an interesting fellow! Being an outcast
would make him feel right at home within our ranks.
As a mercenary, I assume he has done a lot of fighting in his
lifetime (and unlife-time. *wink*) Would Jace have a problem
with resolving situations without violence?
The app itself was an interesting read and I would love to
hear/see/read more!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write the application!
I really enjoyed reading about the character, and I hope you
don't mind me asking some questions:
1. Who is Zittra's brother!? *eyes guild roster*
2. Similar to what Ahote said: the Thieves restrain from killing
unless in defense due to being a band of thieves, not murderers,
so JAce would be limited with mercenary work (unless of course
he did that stuff without the 60's knowledge. The no-kill rule
is an IC rule, our OOC knowledge won't delve into our Ic
knowledge!). That said, we take Ic consequences seriously in
this guild. We don't like people getting an easy slap on the
wrist for e.g. killing an NPC in a DM event. What players choose
to make their character do is of course up to them, but the
guild will respond appropriately!
Will give my approval after the Q's are answered :)

Teheh.
Without violence, he's definitely one to try before hand. If,
obviously, something escalates then potentially knee-cappings
may happen but he does enjoy chatting to people before having it
go further. He's not pro-violence, but he isn't anti-violence
either. He's one of those, he doesn't kill for the sake of it,
only when desperate situations call for it. He's a Gilnean
Urchin, y'see, killing ain't his thing.
In regards of fighting, he's done quite a bit, yeah.
And in regards of knowing more, simply ask and I shall offer.
Zee's bro' is Xivente? I believe.

Greetings!
A thoroughly thought-out and well-written application, which is
always a pleasure to come across. The only question I wanted to
ask here was the one that was already asked; whether he'd be
willing to follow the guild's 'no-kill' rule.
It's good to know that he's not the "stab first think
second"-kind of person, or an overly violent person otherwise,
either. It's a trait that the Hanged (officers) will be more
than pleased to hear. Perhaps they'll be on their toes a tad due
to the fact he's been dealing with the Rotgarde and Ravensun in
the past, however, but we can see how it plays out in-character.

Glad to hear about the killing thing.
As for Xivente... unless it's one of his alts he isn't in the
guild! But we are going to be doing some contact with that
character very soon. Cool either way.
I look forwards to meeting your character ICly, sounds like he
suits the guild very well :)

Yay to both approves.
And to answer Tact's question, Jace adapts depending on
circumstances. If it's advised not to kill, then he'll do it. He
ain't one for breaking rules if he fits in.
