Name: Loanis "Noose" Blackheart
- Why does he want to join the Sixty?
Following his recent and past transgressions within the Horde,
Loanis has found himself keeping his head down, constantly
changing details of his appearance to evade those who wish for
his capture... This life does not please him, his pleasures come
from activities outside the law, with brothers and sisters whom
are like minded; he seeks acceptance, he seeks a family.
- What can he do?
As a former sapper within the Horde military Loanis is no
stranger to things that go BANG! He knows how to make a bomb, a
grenade or perhaps something more sinister... He is also adept
in tunnelling, undermining the enemy, and blowing the ground
beneath their feet... A transferable skill, if somewhere needs
to be breached. (Whether or not he would go back in a tunnel, is
questionable.)
- What would his nickname be?
Loanis' nickname is "Noose", a slightly sinister title given to
him by his father. Loanis acquired the name after being
sentenced for conspiracy to cause explosion during a robbery...
He was to be hanged for the crime, however as his body dropped
onto the rope his brother Loris alongside other criminal types
successfully infiltrated the execution... The scar spanning
Loanis' neck serves as a reminder of his brush with death.
- What's his background like?
The younger years are all but speculation and story... Loanis
has been told to believe that he was born to a criminal family
known as the Saeon's, however due to their actions he was taken
away and placed in an orphanage... Years passed, and he grew
older... A taste for exploration and honour filled his mind, the
elves coalition with the Horde seemed the perfect opportunity,
and so he set forth for Orgrimmar; enlisting in the military.
Loanis trained as a sapper, learning a great deal about
engineering; mainly explosives. When the expedition to Northrend
was announced, he boldly signed himself up. However the events
which transpired changed him dramatically; he became cold and
distant, some would even say suffering from post traumatic
stress. He was determined to move up in the world, reuniting
with his family... His military ties were abruptly severed, and
his criminal ties made...
- Any specialities he has?
He can roll a perfect cigarette, and give someone a -close-
shave... Perhaps too close.

Hello! So a little bit about myself... I have been playing WoW
since Vanilla (on and off) and have RP'd since Burning Crusade.
I recently returned to WoW after a very busy few months, the
sixty thieves caught my eyes and I just had to apply.
Outside WoW, I currently study Pharmacy... Its a demanding
university course but I can still manage my time to ensure great
activity with regards to RP.

Hello there,
This was a very interesting read, short but descreptive!
Loanis seems like an interesting char, and in my opinion seems
like he would fit in with our band of misfits quite well.

Hello, thank you for making the application!
A family is exactly what we are, so you have come to the right
place.
The story of his life sounds like a pretty good "how I became a
criminal" explanation.
So he has military experience, is an engineer (or has
engineering abilities for some specific items), and has some
interesting specialties!
Noose would be an intereting nickname to pick, simply because
the symbolism of a noose is rather important in Sixty Thieves:
(the officers, ICly known as the Hanged, all wear nooses to
resemble their rank, and the symbolism behind it is that they
will have a noose around their necks and face death if they are
ever caught)
Our situation with elf numbers will be discussed and bought to
your attention very soon!

Hello, and thank you for the interest!
As said above, a brief but enjoyable read. My character is
always equipped with small exploding objects, so I believe he
could take advantage of Noose's skills in making them.
Considering your long history in RP, is all of the background
story above something that has happened in-game? I'm asking out
of mere curiousity, as characters with long RP-backgrounds are
always interesting to come across. I see nothing in the way in
terms of the application, but as mentioned above, we'll have a
brief discussion with the officers about our elf-situation.

Loanis is actually a new-ish character of mine, however the
ideas implemented with him are things I have had on my mind for
a long time throughout my years of RP; A culmination of some of
my other characters drawn into one... I never got round to
making him a reality until now, so I am very excited to flesh
him out further ICly.

Hi! Thanks for the apply! I like the concept a lot as well as
the depth of the background story! Also, all mentioned seems to
fit in very nicely to the guild. Approved :)

Message an officer in game for an IC interview :) Though for a
heads up, the gang is currently in Booty Bay. Unless you can
grab onto three members returning tomorrow from Orgrimmar
(Roguk, Jeewts, Anabe), and you'd like to join soon, you will
need to find a reason to be in Booty!
