Training War

OK, I will make a suggestion, and I want to hear answers to
understand better the situation in sIreland. My proposion is to
contact United Kindom, and start a training war. Just to get the
market going. In that way, we can also send baby boom messages
containing our war with sUK, so more people would gather. Also ,
many citizens would like more the game, and be more active.
Furthermore, both sides could be benefited, because we would
advance in our Military Ranks.
That's the suggestion for me. Please do not yell at me , because
I do not know much about the situation in sIreland, I just state
a suggestion.

I don't know if that's possible.The market should be working if
we had more citizens.Making a babyboom is really hard :( The
best we can do is invite people who want to help.
