       Follow your policies.

I understand that I'm new, and the rules state that we shouldn't
be asking for promotions, but if you guys are going to have
policies written and in place, I would highly suggest following
them, especially if people are going to stay active and willing
       to continue working here.
Agencies are very competitive these days, especially with Habbo
slightly dying out, so you'd want to do what you can to increase
member retention, and keeping to your policies will do that.
I'm not complaining at all, and understand that sometimes people
get busy, but when I'm sitting at FTF for 120 minutes, without
one inkling of a promotion (every 20 minutes according to the
standard scale), and someone gets promoted after complaining
about it (against the rules), that kind of feels disheartening.
Just thought I would point it out.

So... last night on August 21st, after being on for two hours,
with only being promoted by the promo pay, I nicely ask to leave
early (15 minutes prior to the hour being up). I get 2 days for
       that? Are you joking me?
Others have asked to leave early, much longer than 15 minutes
prior, and they were given permission.
Honestly, I like the rule and all, but if you're going to take
it that seriously, penalize people for legitimate reasons that
are out of their control if they have to leave, and not follow
other policies... that looks pretty bad on you guys.
With that being said, this place is no longer for me, so thank
you to the few of you who were cool and that I got to know.
       Good luck.
