       Transfer Guide

       If you already are capable of transferring on your own, this
       will not be necessary.
       This is a small list of websites of agencies with their ranks:

       First, you must check their activity within their current
       agency, SIO will only offer transfers if the member has been
       within the agency for 4 or more days.
       If they have been inactive in agencies for over 30 days offer
       them a division lower than they were currently going to receive.
       Ask them for the website they are transferring on & check their
       current placing in their ranks
       Check their badges, make sure their rank is real or not
       Ask them for basic knowledge of agency commands & knowledge of
       training
       In your own opinion, offer a rank lower or equivalent to the
       rank they currently have, never offer higher than their current
       rank.
       If they accept:
       Give motto, badge & uniform (if needed)
       Ask the transfer to leave all badges that are associated with
       their current Agency
       Short tutorial on how to manage Security & Training
       If unaware of how to train, take the transfer to the Training
       room and give a short explanation on how to train & give them
       training if need be.
       Post comment in Transfer Log [Username] [Rank Accepted] [Date]
       If they don’t accept:
       Let them know that ranks CAN be bought but we are unable to
       offer them a higher rank.

       exact same rank.
