More logs needed;

We also need a Transfer Log and a Trained Log.
In the trained log people will post there after they have
trained a civilian, this way the promotion log doesn't get
filled up with a heap of training stuff and makes it easier to
locate.
Ranks, rules, training script
also a page where people will comment their promotion codes
(could turn it into a list where you can look up to see if
anyone already has the code you wanted)
and another category for people who are in need of badge
acceptances, and up to what badge
-> this can help with self promo reduction?
and we need a fired log too;
- person fired
- fired by
- date
- reason for firing
probably need a thread where people can report any pay issues
they have such as not able to attend at the certain time?

We also need an updated list of who owns what tag :p So we don't
have people doubling up on the fun ones :p Like mine
