       We shoulda give FTF Seat To Lower Rank Than You Rank
       Its Called First Priority.So Lower Rank Than You Can Working Not
       AFK.

       Thank you for the suggestion.
       This is already a common practice.
       Perhaps we should consider adding it to a script/training in the
       future.
       I hope to see many more suggestions from you.
