To start dungeoneering open up your mage book then select
minigame teleports and then dungeoneering.
You will arrive here:

Go down the ladder as indicated by the yellow square.
Once there you will arrive in this room:

Start killing the level 6 forgotten warriors as indicated by the
yellow square.
