       I cant go into the game

       Hey im new i wanted to play but the server was down, now people
       say that it is up, but i can't connect.... the webclient doesnt
       even load, and the downloadable version gets stuck at
       "requesting title" then it says connection error.... please
       help, i have the latest java.
