       I had an issue that needed resolution.  It was handled quickly
       and the answer to the question was handled in a very
       professional manner.  Master Harris was very quick with his
       responses and he did a wonderful job handling the matter.
       I know that the USAT can get things right...just thought I would
       throw out something positive...I will not hesitate to contact
       Master Harris in the future based on my positive interaction.

       I sent Mr Harris several emails as well as other staff
       management and NEVER got a response from anyone.  You were
       lucky.  USAT is very UN-responsive.

       That issue was handled quickly but the solution has proven to be
       erroneous!  Really sad USAT can't seem to get anything right!
       It hurts the athletes! Sad!

       Here is the problem with USAT.  The give a lot of lip service
       but do nothing for members.  For example, their new complaint
       page received suggestions like fix the Belt magazine (nothing
       happened), give a few FREE seminars (nothing happened), give
       FREE training for members to become referees (nothing happened).
       Members asked for things to happened but all you get from USAT
       is, it is "under review."  In the final analysis, USAT is a
       money making machine and they don't give a damn about members.
       Even their new PR man can't seem to get USAT to understand the
       members are everything.  The USAT board meets in about 10 days,
       maybe someone with have the brains to get something done.
       Everyone should email USAT and demand that "under review" gets
       fixed.

       You could always start a thread on there asking them to fix the
       Kihap page  :)
       Anyone able to attend the meeting in Orlando?  1-23  pm but they
       don't know where yet

       I spoke to their new Director of Marketing, Steve McNally but
       even he is unable to get Bruce Harris to do anything new.  The
       board meeting should prove once and for all if USAT cares about
       members. >:(

       They are not making it a conference call, no one will be able to
       hear it. So unless someone can sit in on the meeting - well no
       one will know.

       possesses...
