Questions for Today's BOD Meeting

1. Safe Sport Implementation
a. How can Tuoi Le and two others end up on the USAT Suspension
List with no Due Process?
b. Why has USAT BOD not approved Safe Sport?
c. How is it that BOD members did not know that 4 members had
been suspended for Safe Sport in April?
d. Why is it that Safe Sport conflicts with other USAT organic
documents? Who proofed the document?
2. Finances
a. Where is the 2013 Audit
b. Where is the 990?
3. Aspire Camps
a. Where is the transparent accounting promised by the CEO on
3/5/14?
b. How much has been raised?
c. How was the division between the funding for the cadet team
and the junior team?
d. Why wasn't it announced prior to the January Team Trials that
the teams would have to pay for their own trips in part - 25%
Juniors and 75% Cadets?
e) Why were the cadets given an estimate of $2300 and plane
tickets ended up being $3K to $4K with a 24 notice to have that
kind of money ready? In fact, why were they told 2 weeks prior
that they needed $2000 when the plane tickets were ready to be
purchased only to be $4,000 to $4,000?
f) Why is any reimbursement (if any) to be made in September
when trip is in July and camps over before then?
g) Why haven't the parents who donated $4,000 not been
recognized or thanked?
3. Cali, Columbia
a) Why didn't the USAT inform parents their junior aged children
were going to be fighting seniors?
b) Why did USAT send the team to Cali when the Dominican
Republic event gave WTF points and the Cali event did not?
c) Is it true that the USOC is threatening to cut off High
Performance money over the Cali trip and the poor decisions made
there?
4. WTF Committee Assignments - why with so many US participants
appointed is the list of appointees not on the USAT website?
5. Why hasn't the list of appointed National Assistant Coaches
been posted?
