Aspire Accounting Partially Uncovered

Look for more fun with numbers later on. I have discovered that
USAT is claiming that from Jan-April there was a $3000 donation
to the Cadet Camps - that is partially right. No record at all
of the $1300 raised for the trips and donated. Poof! Gone! There
is a donation of $1244.89 that is in general contributions -
translation can be used for anything.
According to the official USAT record, only $9915.74 was raised
by the Aspire camps in March and April. Those who held some of
the camps have added up how much they sent and it is way more
than $99145.74.
Junior Worlds got $40,000 from USOC and spent $91,443.37. In
that nothing was collected from anyone else, this is a
$51,443.37 loss to the USAT.
Coaches, if it will make you feel better, they got $20,000 out
of you and only spent $8000 on your training - so $12000 of your
money went to pay USAT bills! $12,000 profit on Coaches.
Team Trials lost $10,748.76 and US Open made $66,584.56.
More later.

The camps provide value from a training perspective but I will
not delute myself into thinking that $ will go to the JR's and
cadets...

Keep in mind I am using the USAT's own financials posted on the
USAT website to find this stuff.
Looking at the accounting, I think I found $9100 of what was
sent in March and April mis-coded into a regular USAT account
and not the Aspire Camp. If you look there is $9100 under
"athlete development camps" but there were no athlete camps in
Jan-April. Not only that, there is not one dime of expense under
the camp. I will bet you they put the $9100 under the wrong
account. Whether or not deliberately - doubt it, just more
sloppy work. Why didn't any of the BOD notice this?
