Cadet Coaches Now Allowed At Cadet Camp

I think it is great they changed the policy for cadets. I just
wonder how many coaches can get plane tickets at the 11th hour?

USA Taekwondo is in the midst of conducting a staging camp for
our Cadet Team USA, which will compete next week in Baku,
Azerbaijan. There have been questions about whether personal
coaches will be allowed at training sessions for this
preparatory event.
In consultation with USOC legal department, USA Taekwondo agrees
to allow personal coaches of cadets to observe the training
sessions for the Cadet Team USA. Inasmuch as there is little
competition history for our Cadet Team USA athletes, it may be
helpful to have personal coaches available to offer insights
regarding their particular athlete on a requested/as needed
basis by the national coaching staff for this event.
This should not be confused with the policy regarding USA
National Junior and Senior Team members, where practices are
restricted only to the coaching staff for that particular event.
We are making every effort to maximize the opportunities for the
success of our Cadet Team USA members and the future of our
sport.

And who might the coaches be who are running the training and
traveling with the team? Oh yeah, I forgot, the list of coaches
is top secret.

Typical USAT, change the rules after the event or event
procedures have started (when it is too late for most) because
they either overlooked something or need to accommodate a buddy.
