Did they announce the location of the 2015 Nationals?

I've heard rumors of Austin Texas, but don't see anything on the
USAT website (not that I'm expecting them to actually update
it!)
Also heard a rumor that the US Open will be on the east coast,
any truth to that?

They announced Austin for Nationals and Vegas for US Open.
Orlando was in contention for Open but lost out to Vegas.

Here is what was announced for the next 2 years.
2015 open in vegas, mandalay bay
2015 nationals in austin
2016 open in orlando
2016 nationals hampton, va
