       Referee Appointments Delayed

       Need I say more?  Seems the referee appointments have not been
       sent out, so I have heard that referees are complaining that the
       cost of tickets may end up prohibitive. I assume they are
       waiting to see how few officials they can get by with to keep
       their cost down, but with the Hangastar issues, they don't know.
       This is unfair to officials who use vacation time to come and
       basically volunteer - that stipend doesn't cover plane tickets.
       Time to get organized. This is not the first Nationals Rodeo.
