What is the minimum education requirement to serve as CEO of
USAT? Askinas and Parthens had advanced college degrees, but
Harris only has a high school diploma. Does he meet the minmimum
requirements? He claims to have attended Princeton which is
true, but he never graduated. What were the job requrements?

Objectively, the results of "advanced degrees" appears to be
inversely proportional to the notion of good management, based
       on the "USAT experience."

Perhaps, unless the job requirements state that a college degree
is required. Does anyone have the original job posting that
       Harris responded to? Just curious!

What were the requirements? Mr. Harris was hired by the
transitional board to replace Eric Parthen whom they fired.
There were no requirements beyond their feeling that he would be
a good CEO. Mr. Harris then appointed at least one member of
that board to another position when the board moved on and the
new board came on - a month later.
