First Donations Hit the National Taekwondo Athlete Development F

The first donations have gone into the newly created National
Taekwondo Athlete Development Foundation Fund. This is a group
which is raising money, totally tax deductible btw, for
athletes. Administration costs are minimal so almost all the
funds will go to the athletes.

to the N's and click on Taekwondo Athlete Development Foundation
Fund - and complete the rest of the information.
This is a foundation created by the people who did the gear
drives for USAT athletes and donated also to the Poomsae team.
We have a proven record of working for the athletes with no
hidden agendas. Please donate - even just a small amount. It is
well worth it. You can even make your donation a monthly
donation.
You will also be able to deduct all donations from your taxes as
the TCF is a 501c3.
Help us now. And Spread the word. We are also looking for
people who are willing to put in the sweat equity to see this
succeed. We are looking to fill a couple board seats and fill
our fundraising and strategic planning committees. FYI - this
will be transparent and our members put their money where their
mouths are. Several BOD members have already pledged to start
the fund with $1000 each.

Perhaps this could actually grow into a replacement board for
the USAT! One that actually knows and cares about what it is
doing. I'm sure the membership would be happy to see someone do
something right.

Does anyone know anything that was discussed or decided at the
board meeting? For example, what about all the complaints
posted on the USAT website? Was anything done? ???

yeah. Let's see. They tried to pass a bylaw amendment they
should have know was illegal in the first place since it was
changed because it was illegal in 2006 to present form. They
voted not to discuss making the bod donate money to the USAT.
And they decided not to support the Foundation for Athletes
because I support it.
