       I was trying to find minutes and agendas of previous USAT board
       meetings without success.  Anyone know where I can find them?  I
       do not understand why board meetings are not open to members
       (like every other board in this country), what is the problem
       with transparency?  I don't get it.

       They delete the agendas as soon as meeting is over.  Most
       meetings are open to the public, but you have to know where to
       look for the notices as the notice goes up 3 days before the
       meeting.  Minutes are posted 4-6 weeks after the meetings and
       are hidden really well on the website.  Resources - Board of
