Washington State Elections

Off on a new subject, rumors that the Washington State elections
have left a very bad taste in a lot of mouths. Word is there was
an apparent return to the old ways of running these elections.
Most disturbing is that after being elected, the new President
of the state asked that his sister be appointed Vice President
and one of his employees be appointed Secretary. Not good. Not
good at all. Thought that thought process had been flushed down
the toilet. I hear there is also a refusal to work with current
President Leon Preston who has worked tirelessly for the state
for many years. 'Twas state actions like this that caused the
USOC in 2005 to propose no state involvement in USAT at all.

I am always happy to present the other side to any situation.
Just want to thank the new Washington State President for
reaching out to discuss the situation and present another view
of what is happening in WA. He was not the only one to reach out
and I truly appreciate that they have. Will be updating on this
this weekend as I have limited time for the next couple days.
