       Kukkiwon for GAL?

       Can anyone clarify if the USAT requires a Kukkiwon certificate
       to process a GAL?  The  USAT  website says Kukkiwon or black
       belt certficate.  Everywhere else. I've seen says Kukkiwon
       necessary for GAL or to participate in WTF sanctioned event.  At
       this point I only need to know what is required to get a GAL for
       the US Open
