       Why was the Attorney Present for CEO Mid Year Review?

       USAT has posted minutes of their Executive Session meeting.  I
       find it really interesting that they had the attorney on the
       call - remember, in 2013 over half the expense for the BOD
       itself was legal fees. So since they were doing a review of the
       CEO - does the presence of Mr. Hess mean that it was such a
       great review they are extending his contract or such a horrible
       review that the attorney needed to be there for other reasons.
       On another note - look at missing BOD members - it is always the
       same members. Now I get AAC competitors being gone competing but
       maybe at some point the athletes would be better served by
       someone who has time to do the job. Same goes for Affiliated and
       others.

       7:08pm Eastern Time. The meeting was in executive session and
       closed to the membership.
