The USA Taekwondo Nominating Committee will hold a committee
conference call on Friday, October 17th at 11:00 a.m. EST.
Agenda
1. Review of open committee positions
2. Discuss appreciation gift for outgoing committee and BoD
members
3. Discuss the development of a BoD self-evaluation tool
4. New Business

This discussion at the Committee level is due to Board Policy
2014-04-28b.
The Nominating Committee submits the following Motion:
BOARD MOTION: By Consent Agenda to approve a Board Policy where
Committee participants are recognized for their service to the
USAT.
MOTION PASSED by consent agenda.
<BOARD POLICY 2014-04-28b:
• The Chair of the Board is expected to recognize Board
Directors upon the end of their service to USAT.
• The Chair of the Nominating Committee is expected to recognize
each Committee Chair upon the end of their service to USAT.
• Each Committee Chair is expected to recognize each Committee
Member upon the end of their service to USAT.
• The Judicial Chair and Ethics Chair are expected to recognize
Hearing Panel members upon the end of their service to USAT.>
