Hello,not going to mention any names ''****'' but we need to get
a daily limit set ,per ip address for Omani-chest keys. i don't
think its fare to other future players or the future
economy.having people redeeming 3+ keys a day is just ridiculous

This could go 1 of 2 ways.
- Nerf the prizes (ex. highest prize will be 20m cash)
- 1 key per IP per day
