Hal's Moderator Application For Simplexus

Tell us a bit about yourself. (First name, Age, hobbies,
schooling, interests, redeeming qualities etc.)
My name is Hal, I'm from England and I'm 18. I am currently
training to become an Electrical Engineer and am interested in
all things practical. Skills and qualities I can transfer from
my education to Simplexus include; working under pressure, team
building and leading as well as dedication to tasks.
My hobbies include; weight training, cardiovascular fitness
regimes, trampolining, socialising with friends and practical
sessions on my moped, including fixing, altering and maintaining
the system inside.
I believe my redeeming qualities are that I am comfortable
meeting and talking to new people, I'm always willing to help
and offer my opinions. A good example of how this could be
useful within Simplexus is if a new player signed up and was
confused, by providing them with help and showing them efficient
training methods of skilling, bossing and other activities could
be the turning point to making them return to the server, which
in the long term, is Simplexus' biggest goal. To maximise
players and to have fun, a goal in which I believe I could help
complete.
Name a couple of your favorite activities on Simplexus.
My favourite activities in Simplexus is skilling, competing and
passing time. I play for fun and my fun stems from competing
with others for Number 1 spots, or racing for goals. I am open
to challenges within the game and would attempt to motivate
people to challenge me in order to increase Simplexus' online
activity with the community and helping bring players together
in a positive way.
Would you throw a friend under the bus if they were breaking a
rule?
No, this is ridiculously extreme for an online game, depending
on the situation would depend on how I would react, depending on
the person and how well I know them would also sway my
judgement. However I believe a strong quality I possess is my
ability to understand people and know who is good and who is
bad. I would always be fair and reserved as a member of staff
and would not let my personal opinions get in the way of my
'job' so to speak. However, I would not throw anyone under a
bus.

I believe I deserve to be promoted because I offer great advice
within the game and am always friendly and reasonable. I have a
good level of common sense and know right from wrong. I am
fluent in English and can easily express what I mean with my
actions and wording.
