       What are you suggesting = pvp armor to be degredable same as
       barrows
       Who/how does it benefit = everyone who uses a whip or a rapier
       will benefit because players can just use a vls! to do things
       instead of a whip/rapier also with the armor degrading barrows
       and pvp it boosts the eco having to pay to fix your pvp armor
       right now having full pvp armor is unfair to the rest
       cons = dont see any
