       what are you suggesting = to move home loc to VARROCK
       how/who does it benefit =  all the shops are there already
       including the GE and it's also much better looking then the
       overly used edge home... it has bank! and all the Market shops
       there already like i mentioned above also it has more space for
       everything! like it has a church to put the altars
       Cons = i don't see any cons to this moving
