       The shop inside the donor zone will not sell you the Black
       Partyhat, Even if you bring over 500m.

       That would be because it has 0 stock in the shop.  I haven't
       decided if I want to release them yet. :p

       Update:
       I've added one to the stock. Every time the Server restarts
       there will be one more Black partyhat available for 500 million
       coins.
