       APPLICATION FORMAT

       Any applicants that do not follow the official application
       format will be forced to resubmit their application.
       Thank you for taking an interest in being a part of the
       Simplexus staff.
       All players being promoted from here on will be hand picked by
       myself through the following application.
       Your reputation in game and what the staff of Simplexus can
       vouch about you can increase your chances of being accepted.
       Please remember, I don't need a list of servers you've been mod,
       admin and uberadmin on.
       Please take the time to read over each question carefully and
       answer each question honestly- the 'right' answer isn't always
       right.
