My computer is once again being annoying and won't let me onto
GW2 I do not know how long I won't be able to get on can someone
please update guild message of day and say my computer not
working.

Finally >_< I was worried no one was ever gonna check the forums
lol.
At moment it's a double problem first one is a virus causing my
computer to shut down every 10 minutes but I think I have that
taken care of the second more annoying part is whenever I try to
get to login screen nothing happen when I try again it'll say "a
copy is already running on this computer" I've tried using task
manager to shut down all GW2 related things, attempting to
uninstall and reinstall game, change startup properties so only
necessary stuff is loaded up, and restarting my computer.

Okay, I'm assuming you've used the general scan products. I used
to do professional tech support (unfortunately) so this what we
did when someone had a virus.
1) downloaded malware bytes

booted
up in safemode and did a scan as well as with whateve antivirus
software you have that should fix any possible virus issues
2) for the second issue it looks like it could be one of two
things: you need to delete your local.dat file

/>or try to reload your drivers

If those don't work and or you get really frustrated, I'd just
suggest reformatting your computer.
My guess is the virus or something messed up your
registry/drivers and that's whats messing up gw2.

Alright I'll try that now someone on forums suggested delete
locat.dat file and I fairly trust my virus protection scanner.
Also could you send some people to the forums I'm awfully lonely
just sitting here waiting for anyone to respond :(

Aha! After combined effort of many hours (like 9+) of searching
through every single downloaded thing on my computer and
googling it to see what it did I found a Trojan virus that got
past my virus protection that was causing my computer to
randomly crash and hide random files after I did that I
proceeded to delete the locat.dat file that was being hidden and
now I can play GW2 ;D thank you for your help Freya
EDIT: Never mind the problem is even worse now I can get it to
get to log in screen but 1-2 minutes after the login screen is
up my entire computer shuts down. Also I can't download malware
byte thing.

I was thinking about trying to reinstall GW2 but it wouldn't let
me earlier it might now but I'm not sure how much help it'll be.

I think you might have to reinstall your entire OS because it
sounds like the virus really tore your computer a new one. It
sounds like it deleted a bunch of important files.
Did you try installing malware bytes in safemode or did it not
let you?
That's one gnarly virus you have.
