What's the difference?

I never actually have played GW1. What was it like and what's
different about GW2?

1. Human was the playable race
2. What 500 years prior to events of GW2
3. Did not have rifles or pistols.
4. PvP was 1000X better (addicting almost)
5. They did not have Engineer, Thief or Guardian instead they
had Ritaulist, Assassin, Dervish, Monk, and Paragon
6. most people did not have more then 600 health or do more then
20-50 damage on an average enemy
7. You traveled around as party of 8 could add com players known
as Heros who's skills and builds you could create
8. Max level 20
9. Did not have WvW
10. Any profession could equip any weapon they wanted but
certain weapons had requirements to be useful (Ex: having a
Storm Longbow r9 to do 11-22 damage a normal auto attack)
11. Had Energy pools if you ran out of energy you couldn't cast
another spell until it regenerated (regenerates fast)
12. Did I mention PvP was epic?
13. Titles alot cooler and easier to obtain
14. Towns alot more common
15. Humans still lived in Ascalon
16. Only dragon awakened was Glint, Shatter, Zhaiten, and other
dragons didn't exist
17. Charr hated humans
18. Asura first met other races
19. Destroyers much more serious threat
20. Quaggan, Skrit, Hylek and many more enemies didn't exist
21. Sylvaria hadn't been born yet
22. dat PvP...
23. Had no acess to Orr
24. Multiple differnt continets existed (Elona, Cantha ect.)
25. Kormir was not a god
I could go on longer but you get point lol

They had a storm bow? Does that mean they had a lightning class?

No but the storm bow was wicked awesome the entire bow was a
bunch of lightning bolts it was really cool they had a few other
lightning like weapons but that was coolest.

I'd have to farm UW for a couple hours to get it again (UW is
like the ultimate zone in GW1 and getting hit twice by any enemy
usually means death lol) I happen to have given it to one of my
friends to help him with his ranger I had another bow that had
better runes on it so I decided that since I'd barely be playing
GW1 and I had something better it'd help him more then me.
