Some suggestions...

[center]Hey guys, `siiK here!
I know i am new to the clan and in no way shape or form am i
trying to "dictate" things or tell the leaders how to run the
clan... These are just SUGGESTIONS from my experience with
Counter Strike and Steam.
Organization!
- There should be a MOTD or a forum post that states the ranks
of the higher members... (From Leaders/Owners at the top to
Basic Admins at the bottom) This is just so we all know
officially who is what rank etc...
- SCRIM TEAM! I would love to organize a scrim team with a few
members (Including Joey, who will probably apply really soon) We
got some good players, lets use them to the fullest! Tryouts,
practices, scrims etc...
Servers!
- ADMIN CONTROL : Playing around every now and then is fun, but
sometimes people like to come in to play a bit more serious than
usual... Let's keep the ; Slap, Slay, Map change, etc... to a
minimum
- Recruit! If you think a player seems serious or seems like
someone that could benefit the clan, put in every effort to
recruit them!
- As for the server types, this is all up to the main
leaders/owners of the clan... but if there was a scrim team,
there should be a server dedicated for scrims (just de_ maps and
only RCON commands with proper setup for scrims) [/center]

-The forums seem great to me, nothing to change in my eyes!

All in all, i love what i'm seeing and can't wait to kick ass
with you guys!
Like i said these are all just SUGGESTIONS!
Leaders/Owners/Admins can use these, mix them with their ideas
or not use them at all!

seem like some kind of asshole but im just stating my opinion
well first off we only have three server and the clan is still
fairly new so there is no point to go all out serious yet and
yes i agree playing around as an admin is ok only for a bit but
excessive is just pushing your luck the only ones who can really
abuse there powers are me and singleshot also i know these are
just suggestion but you put them in such a way that made it look
like you where trying to give orders and i will admit that
ticked at me a bit but im fine with it just next time make sure
you word your suggestions a bit more wisely ok?[/glow]

Sorry about that! Honestly didnt mean for it to look like
orders. Just tried to make it look a bit professional in a way
so thats probably why it looked bad /: like i said in the post
it was just suggestions and they dont need to be used at all
because you and singleshot are the leaders... Decisions are made
by you and him. Once again, sorry bro.
