       shiny kit syndrome kicked in

vodka + laptop + shiny kit syndrome = uber tacticool coolness
       ;D ;D
i found this link the other night when messing about online, its
a canadian site but theyll ship to the uk at reasonable rates -
  HTML http://sjhardware.com/store/modules.php?name=catalog&file=product_info&cPath=107_127&products_id=468&osCsid=48f1ed828a9e1418200073f4379f14ab
basically its a railed forend for my mossberg 930, so itll turn
a gun from looking like this...
  HTML http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s76/babbyc1000/24093-DEFAULT-L_zps3b7520b4.jpg
into one that looks like this...
  HTML http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s76/babbyc1000/SJHardwareon930_zps311f5db8.jpg
which can then be made to look like this... :-X
  HTML http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s76/babbyc1000/AIMPRO-Tactical-930-GRweb5_zps60da8c9b.gif
now i know somewhere in the back of my head ideas were floating
around about aircraft aluminium being more sturdy than the
standard plastic forend (i break alot of guns. 5 so far), and
how it would be useful to be able to attach a torch to the
forend for lamping foxes at night, and there was also some vague
idea about a folding grip, but, in reality, i think we can
safely say shiny kit syndrome definitely kicked in lol ::) itll
take a couple of weeks to arrive, be interesting to see how it
       performs ;D

well in the last year ive broken a scope and a bipod, a 17hmr,
the trigger/safety on a mossberg 535, a plastic gas part thingy
bit on a mossberg 930, two moderators, a laser lamp, left
numerous pairs of trousers on barb wire fences, destroyed 2
pairs of boots and wrecked my rucksack last weekend.
so i give it a month, maybe? ::)
