The Hawke range are also made in china, but there are better
optics for the price.
Leapers (or the Russian market version (Sniper) ) is an
excellent scope.
Most are made by the Chinese military supplier ZOS, and those
are also good.

That's the one I have on my 22-250
Sells for £299.00 in the UK shops, but is only £40-£45.00 direct
from china, as you cut out the UK taxman, the importer, and the
shop who all make massive profits on it.

Copey ur bang on mate, I mean I no nothing about optics but I
was not impressed with my sole mate at all!! Ill have a look on
eBay for a new one ;D thanks all for taking the time to explain
ill read it all a few time for it to sink in lol many thanks ur
a good bunch ;D

Oh yea ur also correct copey about the 300 yrd shooting , there
is many videos on youtbe I seen a fella shoot a marlin 22 at a
8" thick beef joint wrapped in 2 layers of denim jeans, & at 300
yards put the bullet right through!! Not to shabby for a spud
gun lol but that's a different topic completely ;D

Here bb, do you use aliexpress much for shooting ? I,ve bought
nothing yet but been watching a lot and thought about getting
stuff. I,ve also watched alibaba itself, for selling stuff. Do
you have any suppliers that you would recommend? Are they gold
suppliers etc? Ie reliable and good customer service?
Maybe you could explain to the lads about Ali express? If any
of you lads are looking, it,s a direct website to foreign,
particularly Chinese and Asian, suppliers. Like buying direct
from the manufacturer. If the supplier is rally helpful , they
can mark your parcel as a gift, so the uk tax man does not screw
you when it gets into the uk.
Just to inform you, Ali express is more for single item buying
while alibaba is for buying large numbers of the same item, much
like what a shop would do.

Just remember, try and keep anything you buy from OUTSIDE the EU
to below £126.00 as then the taxman does you for import duty
3.5% and VAT 20% on EVERYTHING , and he includes P&P costs too.
Ali express is great, and if you use a supplier, check their
feedback, and make sure hey have sold lots. If they are good,
give them good feedback too, as it helps others in making an
informed decision.
I would DEFINATELY recommend Prince Sports who are on the
Chinese mainland.
I've had a couple of scopes of them, and these scopes retail in
the UK at £299.00 PLUS P&P but from Prince were £40.00 each, and
that INCLUDED FREE air mail, that was also track able, so I knew
exactly where it was.
Thinks like small LED shooting lamps, scopes, mounts etc, its
far cheaper to get off ali express.
If they send per surface mail it can take 4-5 weeks. Generally
if its longer than 4 weeks they will refund, but don't get it
then say you haven't had it, as otherwise they will stop
supplying you very quickly.
Most stuff is tracked, and it all comes through customs, but you
won't have to pay anything if its total is under the magic
£126.00
