Would depend how it works out . But for 40 quid a year I think
it would be worth a bash .. Only thing would be when you could
use it seen wc1 post about every Saturday 4 guns on a rota style
. Sounds like a plan but it would be nice just to get up some
morning grab the gun the dog ditch the wife and go do a bit of
shooting .good hours drive from me but I don't mind that

Hi folks got to say that the four guns on a Saturday on a rota
basis would be off putting for me to. Nothing like getting up on
a Saturday and away you go with dog and gun.

Its up to the group members in the end what they wish to do. I
was just thinking out loud. Just an example but I finish work
early on a friday and live only a few miles fro the Gortnamoyagh
forest. I could go every friday and shoot all the good areas
before saturday comes. Wouldnt be long to some folk would get
upset.
To be fair though the 4 guns rotating monthly only gives three
or four days in woodcock season which isnt much. As for getting
up on a saturday morning and going for a shot i can do that
every week. I would be nice to look forward to an organised day
with a few friends.
