I have insurance with the British Deer Society but not 100% sure
if covers rough shooting. I have emailed to find out.

Might have to take me off if Air Rifles not allowed.
Might go under the bullet category even though it is a single
shot of lead!!

Ok just an update. I received some very good information today
including a couple of sample shoot management plans, a risk
assessment template, and a snippet of information that might
just give us the edge according to BASC. I will get a version of
the shoot management plan typed up and let you all see it so we
can amend and improve on it.
Secondly, we now have 14 names in for this (13 if air rifles are
not allowed) should we consider capping the number at possibly
15 or 16. Its not my decision obviously but it is only 1000
acres and with no released game Its not much shooting if there
are too many wishing to shoot. We would need to consider how we
are going to go about shooting it. Say 4 guns every saturday
rotating every 4 weeks which would give everyone 3 days during
woodcock season. Something like this would be good so it gets
rested mid week and we would know everyone gets a fair chance.
Your opinions please!!! as it has to go on the SMP.
Finally could ASHLEY confirm you user name as I received you

Wc1 sounds ok to me
What about having mid week evenings for vermin control, ie any
crows or pigeons etc
