       Leases for 2013 are now on the Forestry website at;
  HTML http://www.dardni.gov.uk/forestservice/index/environment/wildlife/letting-of-shooting-rights.htm
Any lads keen to shoot the Fermanagh or Tyrone forests for
       woodcock?
Or need an extra member, for your club/syndicate for 2013/14?
After chatting to some lads on the forum, i know that there is
       definetly interest.
Do you fancy starting a new syndicate/club? PM me.
       Thanks,
       Monty

The forest will only let you shoot shotgun on the ground, and
they are very strict on this, no bullet firing weapons may be
used on the forestry ground I had asked about this that was the
       answer I got,

As goshawker says, no bullet firing weapons allowed. Shotguns
only and only allowed to shoot game birds and vermin/pests
Forestry service have their own guys for culling deer ! Probably
all to do with insurance and properly trained competent stalkers
I would be interested in throwing in £20 but how would it work
i.e who decides where and when each person shoots etc ??
What's the ground like at Aghadowey ? Only went foor £50 a year
last time. At that price I assume its rubbish

Sharpshooter the guy I done my course with told me that ye have
to have a dsc level2 and they contact you o cull deer and it
could be anywhere, it would have been brilliant If they allowed
to cull the deer when you take it on lease but sadly they don't
       .

Shooting in those conifer forests is real real tough going. 90+
% of woodcock flushed dont offer a shot due to the density of
the trees and there is very little else in them barring
squirrels unless its mixed woodland. There can however be huge
numbers of woodcock there and a decent bag can be achieved and
often good flighting is available. Im not sure of the total make
up of Gortnamoyagh but Im nearly sure its all conifer. Saying
all that Id give it a go especially for the social aspect. Be
good to get a forum shoot.

Woodcock it definately Would be a good social event
SS if you are serious about it, I think you would need to get
money of those who want to do it first before you commit
yourself. I know it's only £20, but some people tend to drop out
       for 1 reason or another
       When will I give u my £20 ??? Lol
