That's what I'm looking to know as I'm bout to start building a
house and one of the storage cupboards in it would b a nice size
for a gun room!!

ive heard that they were looking a 10in concrete wall for guy
convert from selling cartridges to guns. not sure thou. but
surely a block on its flat and plastered would be the same job
but wot size of steel for the door?

You would think the steel wouldn't have to be that thick as the
cabinets aren't that thick!? One of my walls would be shuttered
with earth on the other side!!

give them a ring to c wot they say wouldn,t be hard to get the
builders to throw alot of blocks down, wouldn,t think that ud
hada shutter them aswell

Thanks monty that helps a lot!! Where I had though of already
has a solid (shuttered) wall to one side and a concrete slab for
a roof so it wouldn't be hard to put the other 2 walls a bit
thicker with blocks then could do the door at any stage!! I will
need a new cabinet before long and thought that way would do
with the need to keep buying bigger gun cabinets!!
