explaining my reasons for adding .22LR to FAC

Hi guys, anyone ever been asked to give good reason for adding
something on their FAC. I already have a .17HMR but have applied
to add a .22LR. Got a letter back today stating that as I have
the .17 for vermin control and have applied for the .22 also for
vermin control I should reply and "give good reason and be more
specific with vermin to be controlled"(to quote the letter).
Obviously the .22lr is for slightly shorter ranges than the 17
and adds the quieter aspect. I also wanted the 22 to shoot at
night as it will not disturb anyone. Anyone had this problem
before and if so how much detail should I go into?

i would put down some of your shooting is next to cows or sheep
pens with a moderater it wont spoke the bests
