       What zero?

Hi guys, about to send off a variation for 22lr. Just wondering
what range any of you would suggest zeroing it at? Bearing in
mind I have bought it for the slightly smaller permissions where
I want to keep disruption to a minimum and already have a 17hmr
which can be used for permissions where longer range shots are
       required.
Was thinking about 60m? Anyone know off-hand what the bullet
trajectory would be like if zeroed at 60m?
       Thanks in advance

I have my .22lr zeroed at 50m. Seems to be an ideal distance.

Do you know what the bullet trajectory is like when zeroed 50?
Eg how high at 25 yards, then the drop at say 60 and 70 yards?
       Thanks for reply

Not too sure about bullet drop measurements at different ranges
tbh. I just use the mildots on the scope as I've got used to
them. Haven't actually measured the drop in inches. 50 yards
does seem to be the sweetspot using RWS ammo out of a 20" barrel

I've been spoilt by the hmr. 20 to 120m point and shoot lol.
have u always used RWS rounds? Don't think my local stocks
them. All I see when I'm there is CCI

Use Strelok app, free and gives you a table of distances or pick
your reticle and it will provide holdover. Just type in details
of calibre etc and it does the rest.
       Class app.

I started off using CCI, then moved to Winchester. The
Winchester hollow points were great until I tried RWS.
Previously the Winchester rounds had at least two fliers per
box, and the accuracy was acceptable. After switching to RWS the
accuracy can be relied on with confidence, and there are no
fliers in the boxes. The RWS rounds feel and look better made
than the Winchesters. CCI and Winchester doesn't even come close
to RWS imo. Tannyoky sells RWS. Last time they were around £35
       for a brick of 500.

Sounds like I'm going to have to seek out the RWS! Thanks for
       that cannon!
